We are excited to introduce Kate Schneider, who joined KEB in 2024 as the Chief Operating Officer to lead all Administrative functions, including HR, Finance, and Technology! Kate brings over 28 years of experience as a business unit CFO and operations executive with a demonstrated history in mergers & acquisitions, strategy development, and execution. Prior to joining KEB, she played a pivotal role in growing a large payments technology organization from its roots as a membership association to a multi-billion-dollar publicly traded company.

Kate earned her Bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University and her MBA from Webster University. Outside of work, she is married to her high school sweetheart and enjoys spending time with her four children and her grandchild, who she calls “the light of her family’s world”! With one son married, another engaged, a daughter graduating from college, and their youngest preparing to graduate high school, Kate and her husband are eagerly anticipating their next chapter as empty nesters.

What’s the farthest you’ve ever been from home?

My prior roles gave me the opportunity to travel around the world so I’ve been to some pretty far away places for a girl who is a lifelong St. Louisan. I’ve been to the top of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, I’ve had dinner along the Bosphorus in Istanbul, Turkey, and experienced the culture in Pune, India.

What accomplishment are you most proud of?

Raising four good, kind human beings!
